| Martin Woodworth was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a graduate of John Adams High School and received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education from Baldwin-Wallace College. He is employed as an eighth grade Science teacher in the Parma City Schools. In 1993, he and Debbie married. They have two elementary school-aged sons, Brady and Brock. They reside in Parma, and attend Parma Lutheran Church. In his community, Martin has served as a Pee-Wee Soccer Coach and currently serves as one of the Den Leaders of Cub Scout Pack # 192. Martin began his involvement with the family of Masonry when he joined Denbrook Chapter, Order of DeMolay. He served as Master Councilor of his Chapter, received the Degree of Chevalier, and later served as a District and State Officer. After reaching his majority in DeMolay, Martin joined the Denbrook Chapter Advisory Council, and currently serves as its Chairman. He has served the Order of DeMolay in many District and State positions, including serving as the Governor of the Second DeMolay District from 1999-2006. He has received the Active Legion of Honor, and is an Active Member of the International Supreme Council of the Order of DeMolay. Martin was raised in January of 1989 in Lake Erie Lodge # 662 (now part of Cleveland Lodge # 781). He served as Worshipful Master in 1998, and again in 2005. He is a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Cleveland, and serves as an officer in Eliadah Lodge of Perfection and in the Cuyahoga County Scottish Rite Society. He is a Past Patron of Ellbrook Chapter # 408, O.E.S., and a member of Al Sirat Grotto; Covenant-Thatcher Chapter # 222, RAM; Forest City Council # 111, RSM; Forest City Commandery # 40, KT and the Southern California Research Lodge. |
